This week on the Finger Guns Podcast we’re all absolutely exhausted after failing to get through Gamescom’s Opening Night Live without falling asleep (genuinely). Rossko, Miles, Kat, Josh, Yogdog and the returning Toby Andersen get together to talk the highlights of the show and yes, we did find some. No, genuinely! It was a good show, so long as you weren’t expecting video games of a particular standard, right?
Anyway, elsewhere in this thrown together podcast we get another quiz out of the way and it’s absolute chaos as ever but somehow even worse on this one. We also talk the Metal Gear Solid framerate issues on Switch along with Ubisoft being dragged into Microsoft Acti-Blizzard acquisition in order for the CMA to finally get this ridiculously drawn out acquisition over the line at last. Who wins in this situation? Does it make Microsoft look weak?
We’ll be back next week with a far more cohesive and planned out episode, promise. This one may have gotten away from us a tad.
