This week on The Finger Guns Podcast, Rossko, Sean, Greg, Miles and Kat dissect the week’s news with all the professionalism, wit and vigour you’ve come to expect from us….or, we do our best to try and break it all down at least, right?
We jump headfirst into the big Konami news doing the rounds with rumours of a Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater remaster apparently confirmed at the studio, a new Kojima produced Silent Hill and a retread of an old Castlevania game. Greg is excited for one of them, can you guess which one? Sean thinks this has been in the works for a while, so we may see these games sooner than we think.
Elsewhere we talk the new PlayStation 5 trials, with Rossko talking up his time with the timed Death Stranding experience, which he wasn’t particularly impressed by (the time given to the trials, not the game itself…).
Kat also gets everyone up to date on the latest regarding Victor Miller’s pursuit of his on copyright retrieval in regards to Friday the 13th and there’s a pre-recorded segment with dear Toby all about the Tokyo Game Show.
We also talk impressions of the Death Stranding: Director’s Cut, Insurgency: Sandstorm, Rainbow Billy: The Curse of the Leviathan, A Juggler’s Tale and Super Monkey Ball: Banana Mania.
