Scarlet Nexus, possibly the first Superhero JRPG, is back with yet another trailer – this hype train has no brakes! And we’re heaping on coal! This time at least we were treated to a release window, which is disappointingly further ahead than all these content drops would usually allude to.
Summer 2021 is when we should be getting our hands on Bandai Namco’s anime epic, and we can’t wait that long! Don’t believe all the marketing that seems to have been solely paid for by Xbox, it’s coming to PS4 and PS5 as well as the Xbox family systems.
Taking a quick dive into that trailer, there’s not a huge amount of new info, but the game continues to look better and better. There’s a big focus on the red brain-link cables and how they connect characters and to the wider world of the story, a villain who seems to be after the ‘red strings’ and conformation of the two playable character stories connecting as one larger story.
