DARQ: Complete Edition Creeping Onto Consoles & PC on Dec 4th
Like Tim Burton turned his hand to video games, DARQ: Complete Edition is headed to consoles and PC soon.
Feardemic and award-winning independent developer Unfold Games have today announced that DARQ: Complete Edition will be launching on Xbox One, PS4, and PC (Steam & GOG) on December 4. It’ll be priced at $19.99 / €19.99 / £15.49. Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch versions will follow in Q1 2021.
“DARQ is a psychological horror that tells the story of Lloyd, a boy who finds himself in the middle of a lucid nightmare, unable to wake up. While exploring the darkest corners of his subconscious, Lloyd learns how to survive the nightmare by bending the laws of physics and manipulating the fluid fabric of the dream world.”
DARQ: Complete Edition contains both the base game and the 2 DLC expansions – The Tower, a mysterious structure filled with new puzzles and secrets, as well as The Crypt, the final content expansion of DARQ. The Crypt promises “never-before-seen mechanics, new achievements, shocking twists, and big surprises.”
Players who already own DARQ on PC will be automatically upgraded to the Complete Edition on December 4th. Anyone who buys DARQ: Complete Edition on PS4 or Xbox One will also be eligible to a free upgrade to the fully optimised, native Xbox Series X&S or PlayStation 5 versions upon their release.
