Resident Warhammer fanatic Yogdog here with a shocking announcement – there’s more Warhammer stuff to look forward to! Crazy isn’t it? It’s already May 2024 and it feels like it was only two minutes ago I was watching the cracking 2023 showcase. Last year had announcements and gameplay details for Rogue Trade, Boltgun, Darktide, and Total War: Warhammer 3 amongst other things. I wonder what this year could bring?
If you’re interested then make sure to keep May the 23rd at 5pm onward clear (UK time). There will be a special showcase to look forward to with plenty of excitement for all fans out there, which will be held at Twitch on the Warhammer channel. In addition, if you’re possibly on the market for some more games to play there will be a huge sale to look forward to over the week for many Warhammer games as well across multiple platforms.
From the Press Release – The ultimate festival of Warhammer video games is back! World-renowned Games Workshop, along with several of their licensed partners, is ecstatic to reveal the return of the eagerly anticipated Warhammer Skulls this May. Now in its eighth year, fans can expect an action-packed showcase filled with exclusive reveals and announcements kicking off on May 23rd at 5pm BST / 9am PST.
Hosted once again by the wonderful Rahul Kohli (The Haunting of Bly Manor, Midnight Mass, Death and Other Details), announcements will arrive for Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, and previous Skulls world premiere, Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun.
And that’s not all, viewers can expect even more news and reveals for Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, Total War: Warhammer, Blood Bowl 3, Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus, Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector, Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge, and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.
From May 23rd, fans will be able to delve into week-long offers and freebies, including up to 90% off Warhammer titles; new content, DLCs, and free updates will be available across multiple platforms, including Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Epic, Windows 10, GOG, Apple, Geforce Now, and many more.
So then, fellow Warhammer fans… excited? I sure am! Maybe a new Dawn of War game? Ind added to Warhammer 3? Darktide will add Genestealer Cults to fight? Battlesector will add the Astra Militarum? A lot of possibilities and super hyped to see whats shown onstream.
Something else also arrived recently which was pretty exciting: Neonhive sent over a goodie box to celebrate the upcoming Warhammer Skulls event. Here are a few photos of what was quite a cute box honestly. Look at that plushie face, could they do anything wrong? Of course not! Gonna have to hide them from my cats though.
