Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden Gets An Action-Packed Story Trailer Ahead Of Launch

With just a few weeks to go until the release of Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, publisher Focus Entertainment have been slowly unveiling more about the highly anticipated narrative-driven action RPG from Don’t Nod. Today, we get the biggest look yet at the game’s narrative with the apt ‘Story Trailer’; which you can check out below:

In Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden, you’ll be experiencing the (after)lives of Antea Duarte and Red mac Raith; two experienced spirit hunters tasked to rid the ghosts of New Eden to help its settlers. However, after the tragic killing of Antea on a mission gone wrong, she becomes a spirit she once despised. Red is left torn between keeping his oath to protect the living at the cost of Antea’s condition.

Don’t Nod’s signature choice-based narrative choices will be a key emotional factor to Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. Will you go through hell and back to help your beloved? Or carry out your duty and learn to let go? There’s a treacherous path ahead as you experience the community of New Eden. Learning all the secrets, utilise Antea’s new-found spiritual abilities and banish those that haunt the living with Red’s arsenal.

Exclusive Editions Available To Pre-Order

There are also two physical editions exclusively on the Focus Entertainment website with the ‘Red Echoes Edition’ and ‘Collector’s Edition’ respectively; both of which are available to pre-order on your platform of choice.

Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden releases 13th February 2024 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
