ICYMI: Two Point Museum Has Been Announced!
Did you hear? In case you missed it, just a few days ago Two Point Studios and Sega announced that Two Point Museum is to be released! And it’s very soon! Catch the exclusive trailer that was dropped along with the news, below.
If you’ve not played any of the series’ titles, first of all – where have you been? Second of all, do not panic! Both Two Point Hospital (the classic reimagining of Theme Hospital) and Two Point Campus (a take on building your own university), are available on all platforms.
However, they will not be necessary to dive into Two Point Museum as each game can be tackled standalone. Although, it is very worth your time to jump in as they are fabulous games. You can read our review of Campus here and decide for yourself if it is something you would enjoy.
In Two Point Museum, you will be able to send experts on expeditions, decorate dinosaur bones, and uncover artifacts in what has to surely be the most fantastic management sim idea of the last ten years? If you’ve played Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus this is another exciting adventure to embark on, creating your very own Natural History Museum.
Like its predecessors, the design and management will be up to you. When coordinating your experts to embark on expeditions and hunt for preserved artifacts, the map will offer varied survey locations so you can carefully choose the artifacts you wish to showcase in your museum (that is if they make it back okay).
Design your museum from top to bottom. Two Point promises an even deeper layer of design to maximise guest happiness than has even been seen in previous games. Once you’re happy with your museum, you will be able to choose how your guests experience their perfect day out. Highlight exhibits and try to attract high donations!
Of course, apart from designing your museum, the key is to keep your guests happy. Visitors with different interests will mosey around your museum making it all the more important to balance out their needs with the aesthetically pleasing environment. You will need to keep the museum clean, and refreshed and make sure the most important section of any Museum is up to scratch – the Gift Shop of course!
