PlayStation Now subscribers double in a year.
Sony have today revealed that PlayStation Now subscribers has more than doubled in a single year between March 2019 and March 2020.
A number of factors could of course factor into the number increase. Namely the option to download PS4 games was finally added to the service. Another could be Sony added major first party titles to the line-up along with Grand Theft Auto V making an appearance on the service following a soft-reboot which saw the subscription price slashed in half for good in October of last year.
Of course, these numbers are still a way behind Xbox Game Pass, which has over ten million users at time of writing, though it’s great to see PSNow reach a larger audience, as it’s a solid service which offers PS4, PS3 and PS2 games.
