PlayStation’s latest State of Play event was a deep dive into various gameplay mechanics of their upcoming The Last of Us Part II, you may have heard of it?

The hugely-anticipated sequel is now weeks away and the showcase below gives us a glimpse at not only stealth and crafting features but an extended gameplay sequence featuring Ellie infiltrating an enemy camp.

It’s all very exciting. The Last of Us Part II releases on June 19th on PS4.

A new Star Wars VR game is on the way.

Lucasfilm’s immersive entertainment studio ILMxLAB have revealed they’re developing Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge, a brand new VR title coming out this year.

The experience will connect Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Resort in California and Walt Disney World Resort in Florida. We’re not sure why we need this, but hey, VR Star Wars right?

Vicki Dobbs Beck, Executive-in-Charge at ILMxLAB;

“We are so excited for fans to step into Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy’s Edge later this year.

This action-packed adventure not only speaks to the promise of connected and complementary experiences by extending the lore around Black Spire Outpost, it represents another meaningful step in ILMxLAB’s quest to transition from storytelling — one-way communication — to storyLIVING, where you’re inside a world making consequential choices that drive your experience forward.”

Set between The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker, the games story will feature new and classic characters from the Star Wars canon with multiple gameplay options.
