Ghost of Tsushima gets exclusive State of Play

Sony have revealed that their upcoming Sucker Punch developed exclusive Ghost of Tsushima will receive its own State of Play this Thursday, May 14th at 9pm (BST).

The PlayStation Blog was keen to stress this State of Play will only be about Ghost, so don’t go expecting news regarding any other titles or PS5 news in this event, y’hear?

Hunting Simulator 2 gets Hunting Dogs

Nacon have unveiled a new trailer for Hunting Simulator 2 which is launching on the 25th of June 2020 on PS4, Xbox One and PC. This latest video highlights the 3 types of hunting dog companions you can use in the game – a Beagle, Labrador Retriever or German Shorthaired Pointer. As well as looking like good puppers, they can help you achieve your goals, track down trophies and bark on command.

Former Pixar Artist Announces ‘CYGNI: All Guns Blazing’

Scottish developer Keelworks have announced CYGNI: All Guns Blazing, a twin-stick vertical scrolling shooter hybrid complete with “cinematic flare”. It’s in development by a pair of two highly talented and entirely self-taught developers who previously worked as Hollywood film and VFX production artists including stints at Pixar. CYGANI: All Guns Blazing has been announced for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Next Gen Consoles and will be releasing in in 2021.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 Remastered Announced

The man himself Geoff Keighley has today revealed that Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 Remastered will be released on September 4th for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

The Remastered collection will feature all of the iconic music that was featured in the original games, as well as new features from subsequent titles such as revert, lip tricks, wall plants, online multiplayer and more. Also included will be create-a-skater and create-a-park modes which you’ll be able to share online.

Sony reveal PlayStation Studios

PlayStation have today revealed a brand new vision for their first-party studios with a nifty little start-up sequence that’ll be played at the beginning of first party titles moving forward.

WHAT THE GOLF? is coming to Nintendo Switch

WHAT THE GOLF?, the hugely popular Apple Arcade title is coming to Nintendo Switch.

Available on May 21st, the Nintendo Switch version of the game will feature a brand new local two-player Party mode. WHAT THE GOLF? will be launching for £17.99. Pre-orders are available now on the eShop with a 25% discount.

Latest Zombie Army 4 DLC Shadow Releases

Like the best zombie attacks, this one was a surprise. The latest DLC chapter for Zombie Army 4 – Dead War, called Blood Count, has launched today. The second part of the “Hell Cult” campaign, this chapter pits you against Transylvanian undead and SS cultists. 4 other pieces of DLC – Renegade Officer Character, Bloodsoaked Weapon Skins, Gas Mask Headgear Bundle & the Mortar Shotgun Bundle – have landed today.

Trollhunters Game Announced for PC and Consoles

As we reported earlier today, Outright Games, Universal Games, WayForward and Bandai Namco have announced a tie in game for the Netflix hit and Emmy-winning series Trollhunters. It’s coming to Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC on the 25 September 2020.

Codemasters Release First F1 2020 Game Play Trailer

This first game play trailer gives us a glimpse of what F1 2020 will look like in action and it’s mighty pretty. The game will be launching on Friday the 10th of July 2020 for PS4, Xbox One, PC and, for the first time ever, Stadia. Fly Punch Boom! Gets Switch and PC Release Date

The “Anime Action Beat ’em Up” Fly Punch Boom! has been given a release date – May 28th, 2020. The solo arcade and 2-4 player local and online multiplayer brawler that lets you “ram skyscrapers, whales and asteroids in your opponents faces”. Sold. It’s launching on PC via Steam and on the Switch.

Mechstermination Force & Gunman Clive HD Collection Coming to PS4

Flyhigh Works have today announced that 2 of their games – Mechstermination Force & Gunman Clive HD Collection – are coming to PS4.

Mechstermination Force first launched for Switch a year ago but will be launching on PS4 and PC on May 22. Gunman Clive HD Collection was originally released on the Wii U back in 2015 and combined the definitive editions of Gunman Clive and Gunman Clive 2, which were originally released for 3DS in January 2013 and January 2015, respectively. The PS4 version will be launching alongside Mechstermination Force on May 22nd.
