Developer Maze Theory and publisher PlayStack have revealed today that VR adventure Doctor Who: The Edge of Time will be coming to VR headsets on November 12th.
Doctor Who: The Edge of Time celebrates the show 55-year history combining action, adventure and sci-fi. You get your own Sonic Screwdriver (!) to solve puzzles and take down some Daleks and Weeping Angels.
Doctor Who: The Edge of Time developers Maze Theory are filled with Sony London alumni who have worked on VR Worlds, The London Heist and the almighty Blood and Truth, so there’s plenty of pedigree behind this one.
Not only that, but it would appear the BBC are fully behind this project with The Doctor herself Jodie Whittaker lending her voice talents to the game along with the voice of the Daleks, Nicholas Briggs.
Doctor Who: The Edge of Time launches on PlayStation VR, Oculus Rift, Oculus Quest, HTC Vive and HTC Vive Cosmos.
