The Irregular Corporation’s rather successful (by rather, 750,000 copies of rather) PC Building Simulator has landed on PS4, Xbox One and Switch today and we’ve got a shiny console trailer for you right here.
In this Simulation of Personal Computer building, you’re tasked with running your own PC repair workshop and taking systems to fix, upgrade and make look like the alien-esque spaceships PC gaming towers are nowadays.
The story mode has you taking over a workshop after he decides to just do a runner (all those teraflops he’s been takin’, I reckon) and it remains up to you to look after your customers machines.
There’s also a Free Build mode where you can create your dream PC tower created with officially licensed PC parts from the likes of Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, Asus, Deepcool and much more. The press blurb also says things like ‘features realistic BIOS and OS simulation, licensed 3DMark benchmarking and simulated overclocking, resulting in an incredibly extensive list of options and configurations for players looking to simulate real-world builds as closely as possible’ which is a frankly terrifying amount of customisation for those who understand what those words mean.
PC Building Simulator is available now on Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch. It’s also available on PC, obvs.
