The marketing has been heating up for Deep Silver and 4A Games’ Metro Exodus this week, and they’ve provided us with a rather terrific animated short connected to the game called Artyom’s Nightmare which you can watch below.
In this prologue to the campaign’s story, the short explores hopes and fears of a life beyond the ruins, a quarter century after nuclear war devastated the earth, with survivors taking refuge in the Moscow Metro.
Created by Platige Image in collaboration with developers 4A Games, this is a brilliant piece of work and sets fans up nicely ahead of the games launch on February 15th on Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
Dmitry Glukhovsky, author of the original Metro novels;
“Watching 4A Games take my characters off the page and onto the screen has been a privilege. I hope fans will enjoy this new glimpse into Artyom’s world”.
