FOR THE KING GETS A MULTIPLAYER MODE
PC runaway hit For The King will be getting itself a multiplayer mode, its been announced.
Developer Iron Oak Games have revealed that a competitive multiplayer mode called Gold Rush is now available with the game and will task up to three players to race against each other to be the first to 100 gold to a vault. You have infinite lives and can’t harm another player, you just need to get that money.
HOW TO HITMAN: THE BRIEFCASE
The latest in the Hitman 2 video series focuses on the all important Briefcase which makes a return in the sequel.
The video showcases how the Briefcase will be utilised in Hitman 2, whether it be concealing weapons or literally using it to knock out your enemies or planting it on enemies to unknowingly transport sensitive items through guarded areas, the Briefcase looks like it’ll once again be a highly important aspect of your playthroughs. Any excuse to kill Sean Bean.
TWITCH PRIME LOOT COMING TO LEAGUE OF LEGENDS
Riot Games have today revealed that they’ve partnered with Twitch Prime to release free in-game look for subscribers. The loot will feature the Summoner’s Crown Capsule, an item that guarantees a legendary skin shard, used to unlock character outfits. The loot will be available from early next year.
WHO IS THE QUIET MAN? DEVELOPER VIDEO REVEAL
If you’re curious about Square-Enix’s The Quiet Man, you may want to check the above video, which sheds a light on the stellar development team spread across the world working on the mysterious title. The video looks behind-the-scenes of the game, exploring initial conception, themes, sound direction (in a soundless game), full-motion video production and more.
There’s also a brief discussion with Imogen Heap, who is working on the main musical theme of the game. The Quiet Man is due for release on November 1st.
CALL OF CTHULU LAUNCH TRAILER
The launch trailer has arrived for Choasism’s Call of Cthulu, ahead of its release on October 30th.
Call of Cthulhu casts you in that role – a struggling alcoholic, tortured by the past, haunted by PTSD and strange visions, Pierce is a dogged investigator with a desire to find the truth. Contracted by the father of the late Sarah Hawkins to look into the mysterious fire that engulfed her mansion and killed her family, Pierce is immediately surrounded by distrustful locals and dead ends on Darkwater.

TWITCH REVEAL UPDATES INCOMING AT TWITCH-CON
Twitch-Con is currently in full swing and the company themselves have used the event to reveal some interesting new features coming to the platform;
Squad Stream: With Squad Stream, up to four creators will be able to stream together in a single view on Twitch. Viewers can watch on desktop and mobile as well as easily follow and subscribe to all channels. Chat is linked to whichever channel a viewer selects as their main view, so they can hang out with their friends or jump over to another community with just a click or a tap. Select streamers will be testing out Squad Stream later this year.
Highlight Editor updates: Highlight Editor is a feature that makes it easy for streamers to reach people who aren’t yet part of their community and helps their fans stay engaged when they are offline. Highlight Editor will soon allow streamers and editors to stitch together moments from across a video into a single highlight. Look for this update in January.
New featured sections on the Twitch homepage: A range of new featured sections on the Twitch homepage will begin to roll out later this year, such as highlighting up-and-coming streamers, new Partners and Affiliates, or streamers local to the viewer.

The rather glorious Two Point Hospital has gone and got itself a freeplay sandbox mode, allowing your wildest hospital owning dreams to come true at a mere click of a button.
The freeplay mode offers infinite possibility with endless moolah to buy every single item and the ability to copy and paste rooms. Sandbox: Freeplay is the first in a line of planned updates to Sandbox, shaping the future of the game through customer feedback.
JUST CAUSE 4 PANORAMIC TRAILER
A brand new trailer has landed for Avalanche Studio’s upcoming Just Cause 4 and well, it’s safe to say it’s looking very pretty indeed. The trailer (which can be viewed in shiny 4K) gives us a look at the Island of Solís, a beautiful looking location that you can gleefully turn into a complete warzone if you feel because Just Cause.
